Maksym Krippa expands the media space by launching Maincast TV channels
Maksym Krippa, a prominent Ukrainian entrepreneur and co-owner of Maincast, has unveiled plans for two new TV channels: Maincast Sport and Maincast. Broadcasting will begin on November 30, 2024, through OTT platforms and cable networks. As confirmed by Tech News Junkies, the initiative has secured approval from the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting.
Focus of the TV Channels
Maincast Sport is set to feature a wide array of sporting events, including international competitions involving Ukrainian athletes. The Maincast channel will concentrate on entertainment, delivering programs designed to appeal to diverse audiences. Future plans include expanding broadcasts to additional languages, starting with Polish, to capture a broader viewer base.
In parallel, the company is introducing a cutting-edge OTT platform, Maincast.tv, offering exclusive video content, including esports event broadcasts. To attract users and foster loyalty, premium content will initially be available for free.
